Know Your Requirements
Once you get registered on our site, one of our recruitment consultants will get in touch with you to know your requirements, for example, about your job experience, skills, interested job locations, expected salary and your ambitions so that we will exactly know what you are looking for at this stage in your career and where you would like to develop in future.
Improving your resume
In this step, we will work on your resume, making sure that we understand every part of your experiences and how they can work in your favour for the future. We will then help you to improve your resume, making it as attractive as possible. In this way, we will ensure that your profile stands out from the crowd.
Once your resume is ready, we work hard to ensure that we can put you forward the job profiles that are relevant to your skill set and expectations. If you are happy with the job role that is being forwarded to you, only then we will send your profile to the concerned company.
If our client is impressed by your profile, you will be given an opportunity to attend the interview. After the interview, we will request feedback from both you and the potential client, so that we can move forward in future. If you are given an offer, we will continue to guide you through the complete process. If you are unsuccessful, we will discuss why you were unsuccessful and continue the search for a new position elsewhere as we have promised to offer you a great opportunity.
Apart from this process, we do have “Get Certified” program where a candidate can register and take the test which generates scores based on your performance in the test. Test scores are used to compare multiple candidates allowing companies to quickly shortlist the candidates by understanding their skills.
