Contract Staffing

These are positions ranging from one afternoon, to full time work for up to a year. A temporary employee is generally considered an employee of the staffing agency and paid by the staffing agency. To be easily ramped up and down to meet changing demand without shouldering the cost and liabilities of additional full-time employees. Contract Staffing comes with benefits like Time Saving, Cost Saving and Flexibility. Candidates gets evaluated by the client in the selection process. Contractual agreement is signed between DTS and Client.

Contract-to-hire Staffing

These are positions where the client would like a full time employee, but does not want to commit to a permanent offer up front. During the contract-to-hire period, the employee is considered working for DTS and paid by DTS.

Full-time/Permanent Staffing

After receiving applications from truly aspiring candidates, we do screen and select candidates which are then followed by shortlisting apt candidates to companies. Most companies have less time to do such long process and we help them by finding a right person that exactly matches company’s profiles. DTS also looks for those who have a team bonding spirit and can mingle easily with company’s culture and objectives.

Managed Staffing/Outsourcing

DTS has specialists in managed resourcing and selection services and offer an adaptive model to organizations across all sectors to ensure that they assess and recruit the right staff.

Direct-Hire Recruiting(a.k.a Bench Talent Pool)

DTS maintains a Talent pool database which the candidates can enter only through our lateral hiring or training and certification process. Utilize DTS services to find & hire the right talent based on your business requirements. A candidate who is offered a direct hire position for a particular client shall not be an employee of DTS, but goes directly on the payroll of the client.

Third Party staffing

DTS will gather info from customers on their Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors for staffing. DTS will also conduct a research study on who the top staffing companies are in India to enter into 3rd party agreement of providing Digital Marketing talent resources.

Digital Marketing On-demand Consulting/Advisory Services Staffing

On-demand consulting/advisory functions will be performed for clients by DTS professionals. Suitable for short-term engagements or during risk-mitigation. External expertise would be provided at significantly reduced cost. Get the choice of a hybrid approach, in which, one or two specialist project leads can be placed onsite at client location to take complete ownership of coordinating work and managing the outsourced delivery team on your behalf. You pay for what you need and when you need it, for long as well as short time timeframes. We provide 4-hour response time for common resource needs.
